At Flor de Caña, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

  Ship the Item

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
